Johanna Rose draws from over 30 years of fundraising and event management experience.  She incorporates a strategic holistic approach to fundraising and corporate events that encompasses the overarching long-term objectives of the organization.  

On a tactical level, she approaches the event as an “architect” – building  an experience with the cultural foundation of your in-house team and volunteers and then layering appropriate elements to create a program unique to your organization that will effectively meet your goals.

Johanna will work with you to make your event committee or board of directors into force multipliers empowering them to effectively solicit sponsors, donations and auction items for your event.  In doing so, they will feel even more committed to your organization.  You will reap the financial benefits in the short-term and beyond.

As a part of the 360 Connection team, Johanna focuses on overseeing the technical aspects of the event such as auction platforms, virtual event technology, and data analytics.  She has led the 360 Connection effort in the 2020 Coronavirus shift to creating successful virtual events.
